AI Navigator exists because most of what's written about AI is either hype or fear, and most "AI training" is shallow prompt tricks. Neither helps a serious professional decide what to actually do on Monday morning.
The work is practical: literacy, judgement, and a clear view of where these systems are useful, where they fail, and how to integrate them into real workflows. The audience is grown-ups — busy, sceptical, with real businesses to run.
AI Navigator is a structured programme — executive workshops, deeper cohort-based Navigator Labs, and bespoke engagements for organisations that want this built into the business at scale. The mission is simple: produce AI-competent leaders, not AI-aware spectators.
